Pastor + Church Planter
Nate Loucks is a pastor at State Street and the President of the Pax Center. In 2009, Nate and a group of friends and family planted State Street in downtown LaPorte. He is a graduate of Bethel College (B.A., M.Min.) and completed the New Kind of Preacher program at Northern Seminary in Lombard, IL.
Nate was appointed a Human Rights Commissioner for the City of LaPorte and serves on the boards of the NWI Food Council, Family Advocates, Inc, and the Singing Co. of LaPorte County. He has been awarded the Spirit of Leadership Award by Leadership LaPorte County, 2017’s Outstanding Young LaPortean by the Greater LaPorte Chamber of Commerce, and the Ray and Lucy Swanson Award Community Service Award. He is married to Ema and has three children.
